About the role

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a Consultant Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality surgical care for a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose orthopedic disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non‑surgical options.
• Perform joint replacement, trauma, and other orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow up on postoperative outcomes.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Extensive experience in orthopedic surgery, particularly joint replacements and trauma care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for patient and team interaction.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing complex cases.
• Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
