Consultant Physician – Urology (Uro-Oncology)

About the role
A leading healthcare organization in Al Ain is looking for a Consultant Urologist specializing in Uro-Oncology. The position is full time and involves both clinical work and departmental support.
Key responsibilities
- Support hospital clinical governance policies and departmental initiatives
- Take part in quality improvement and peer review processes
- Ensure appropriate medical coverage within the department
- Diagnose and treat cancers of the urinary tract, including prostate, bladder and kidney cancers
- Perform advanced urological surgeries, including oncological procedures
- Provide multidisciplinary care with oncology and radiology teams and take part in tumor board discussions
- Supervise junior physicians and surgical teams
Required profile
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Specialization in Urology; fellowship in Uro-Oncology preferred
- Tier 1 qualification as per DOH PQR
- Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience
- Valid DOH license or eligibility
