Consultant Plastic Surgeon – Aesthetic & Reconstructive (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures to join a leading multispecialty hospital and aesthetic surgery centre in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality surgical care to an international patient base using state‑of‑the‑art operating theatres and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of aesthetic surgeries including rhinoplasty, facelift, liposuction, abdominoplasty and breast procedures.
• Carry out reconstructive operations for trauma, congenital anomalies and post‑oncologic cases.
• Assess patients, develop personalised surgical plans and conduct pre‑operative consultations.
• Utilise minimally invasive and laser‑assisted techniques where appropriate.
• Provide post‑operative care, manage complications and perform revision surgeries.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, maxillofacial surgeons and other specialists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain strict infection‑control protocols and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist‑qualified plastic surgeon.
• Minimum of 3 years experience after specialist certification.
• Proven track record in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, international patient environment.
• Excellent clinical judgement and patient‑centred approach.
