About the role
The Consultant/Specialist Vascular Surgeon is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with vascular diseases affecting arterial, venous, and lymphatic systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with vascular disorders.
- Perform vascular surgical and endovascular procedures within the scope of practice.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical outcomes, and quality of care in line with hospital policies and DOH regulations.
Required profile
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Post‑graduate qualification in Vascular Surgery required for the relevant DOH license category.
- Valid DOH license as a Consultant or Specialist Vascular Surgeon, or eligibility for the applicable license.
- Relevant clinical experience in vascular surgery commensurate with the licensed designation.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and patient management skills.
