Consultant – Tourism and Culture Advisory – Capital Projects

About the role

The role is part of the Capital Projects & Construction practice, focusing on designing and implementing target operating models for tourism, culture and real‑estate portfolios. You will work closely with government entities and private clients to improve processes and deliver strategic advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Design target operating models, define organizational structures and benchmark against industry best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end business process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions and presentations to secure buy‑in and deliver recommendations.
• Develop SOPs, templates, process maps and KPI dashboards to support implementation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in real‑estate, tourism or culture projects in the Middle East, preferably with a Big‑Four consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage teams, supervise staff and handle high‑stress situations.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
