Consultant – Urban Advisory

About the role

AECOM is seeking a dynamic Consultant – Urban Advisory to join its Dubai team. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic insights and innovative urban design solutions for complex client challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and desktop research, synthesize findings, and present actionable recommendations.
• Develop design concepts that reflect urban scale, hierarchy, and integration with other disciplines.
• Identify international and local benchmarks, prepare workshop materials, and produce detailed reports.
• Ensure quality procedures are applied and perform self‑checks before deliverables are shared.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas verbally and graphically.
• Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and facilitating knowledge sharing.
