Consulting Manager - Digital and Strategy

About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead digital transformation, strategy and AI engagements across the GCC region. Based in Dubai, you will work with issuers, acquirers, fintechs and governments to shape the future of payments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital, strategy and AI projects, from scoping to implementation support.
• Manage client relationships, act as primary contact, and oversee external partners and vendors.
• Develop value propositions for digital banking, fintech platforms and AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops, translate strategic recommendations into actionable roadmaps, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of management consulting experience in financial services, payments, digital or AI projects.
• Degree from a leading university or business school and professional proficiency in English.
• Experience delivering consulting projects in the GCC and a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to coach and develop junior consultants and collaborate across Visa’s internal teams.

Required skills

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI strategy and implementation.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Digital analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
