Contact Center Agent – Emirates Talent

About the role

The Contact Center Agent will be the first point of contact for patients and customers of the Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre, supporting them through phone, email and other channels. You will help schedule appointments, provide information on services and ensure a smooth, patient‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule appointments, provide details on physicians, services, referrals, events and campaigns.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with registration and information updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Document all interactions according to established procedures.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost satisfaction and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
