Content & Creative Specialist (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, digitally‑savvy Content & Creative Specialist to join Dr Scent’s marketing team in Sharjah. The role will focus on producing Arabic and English content for social media, e‑commerce, retail and partner channels, supporting fragrance and lifestyle campaigns across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging Arabic and English copy for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, website, WhatsApp campaigns, e‑commerce and partner platforms.
• Write captions, short‑form copy, product descriptions, promotional messages and scripts for reels and stories.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal events and retail promotions.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, influencers and agencies.
• Produce mobile‑first social content – reels, stories, short videos, product demos and lifestyle visuals.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure high‑quality assets and adapt materials for regional partners.
• Monitor social trends, customer insights and competitor activity to suggest new creative directions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong copywriting abilities in both languages.
• Good understanding of GCC consumer behaviour and cultural nuances.
• Eye for aesthetics and ability to translate brand guidelines into visual content.
