Content & Creative Specialist

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a creative and digitally‑savvy Content & Creative Specialist to join its marketing team. You will produce bilingual Arabic‑English content for social media, e‑commerce, retail campaigns and partner channels, ensuring it resonates with GCC consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging copy and visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, website, WhatsApp campaigns and e‑commerce platforms.
• Write captions, product descriptions, promotional messages and scripts for reels and stories.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal events and regional promotions.
• Produce mobile‑first video and photo content, coordinate shoots and guide designers, videographers and influencers.
• Adapt campaign materials for regional partners and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
• Maintain a content library and review all materials for accuracy before publishing.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English, with strong copywriting skills for GCC audiences.
• Good eye for aesthetics and familiarity with GCC consumer trends in fragrance, lifestyle and retail.
