Content Creator (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Black Pearl is partnering with a leading government entity in the UAE to recruit a Content Creator who can write and edit compelling stories in both Arabic and English. The role covers campaigns in the power and energy sector, and the position is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit bilingual content (Arabic and English) for social media, websites, newsletters, press releases and internal channels.
• Collaborate with the communications team on public awareness campaigns and internal engagement programmes.
• Ensure content complies with government regulations, cultural standards and brand guidelines.
• Research industry trends to produce relevant and impactful content.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers and agencies on multimedia projects.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation or communication roles, preferably in the government or utilities sector.

Required skills

• Strong writing, editing and translation in both languages.
• Experience with social media, CMS and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
