Content Creator & Graphic Designer

About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah team as a Content Creator & Graphic Designer and bring the luxury brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. You will craft marketing assets, capture stunning photography and video, and produce engaging digital content that enhances the guest experience across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, menus, flyers, invitations, posters, presentations, advertisements and hotel collateral.
• Create visual content for rooms, restaurants, spa, weddings, events and seasonal campaigns.
• Capture and edit photography and video for social media, the website and digital campaigns.
• Produce reels, stories, short‑form videos, animations and motion graphics.
• Support hotel photoshoots and video productions, including mood boards, shot lists and styling.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage multiple creative requests, meet deadlines and maintain an organised library of approved assets.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Food & Beverage, Spa, Rooms, Sales and Events teams.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom.
• Canva.
• Animation, motion graphics and video editing.
• Photography and image‑retouching.
• Digital and print artwork preparation.
• Knowledge of social‑media formats and content requirements.
• Experience with cameras, lighting and basic audio equipment (preferred).
