Content Creator

About the role

M&M General Contracting & Transport is looking for a talented and confident Content Creator to promote the company through engaging video content. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills and a natural way of presenting themselves on camera.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and edit engaging videos and graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's marketing goals.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos such as reels, promotional clips and behind-the-scenes content.
• Design posters, banners and motion graphics for online campaigns.
• Manage and organise the company's media assets and content library.
• Work with the marketing team to keep a consistent brand voice and visual style.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, content formats and viral ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Designer or Videographer.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Good eye for design, colour and layout, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality content.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop and Canva.
• Video shooting and editing.
