Content Creator – Social Media & Performance

About the role

WONE Digital Agency is looking for a Content Creator who can turn ideas into scroll‑stopping visuals and stories. The role focuses on building brands, driving performance and converting audiences across premium and performance‑driven brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short‑form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, UGC‑style videos and LinkedIn formats.
• Shoot and edit footage using mobile devices or professional camera setups.
• Adapt each piece to platform‑specific guidelines while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with strategy and ads teams to produce performance‑driven creatives.
• Stay ahead of trends, hooks and best practices, and participate in on‑site shoots when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content or Social Media Creator.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn formats.
• Comfortable both in front of the camera and behind it.
• Creative mindset with awareness of performance and conversion metrics.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.
