Content Ecosystem Operations Manager – TikTok LIVE (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Ecosystem Operations Manager to join TikTok LIVE’s MENA team in Dubai. You will lead the development and optimisation of content strategies for agency partners across overseas live‑streaming markets, driving growth through data‑informed, locally‑relevant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep analysis of the local content ecosystem to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and execute initiatives that improve live‑content quality and audience engagement, aligned with global and regional strategies.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety and other functions to develop community safety strategies and monitor risk.
• Monitor short‑video content trends, flag style issues, and work with algorithm, product, and safety teams on solutions.
• Observe local and international real‑time events, ensuring emergency preparedness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong familiarity with the local internet market, culture, and trends.
• Experience in safety‑related operations and data analysis.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
