Contract Administrator - Facilities Management

About the role

Six Construct, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, is the largest Belgian construction company operating in the Middle East, working on commercial and residential buildings, sport and leisure facilities, infrastructure and marine projects. As Contract Administrator for its Facilities Management services, you will safeguard the company's contractual interests, ensure compliance, mitigate risks and support the delivery of complex FM contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage the main contract and major subcontract packages
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices and documentation on time
• Ensure contractual compliance across all service delivery activities
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and potential disputes
• Support claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Improve contract administration processes and subcontract documentation
• Provide contractual guidance to project, operational and commercial teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, facilities management or a similar field
• Experience managing service contracts, subcontract agreements and contractual correspondence
• Strong knowledge of claims management, variations, dispute resolution and contract compliance
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract and commercial management principles
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIArb or equivalent is an advantage
