Contract Engineer – UAE National Only

About the role

The Contracts Administrator ensures that all contract‑related activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual obligations. By managing complex work packages, guiding junior staff and acting as the focal point for client escalations, the role protects the organisation against contractual risk, supports successful project delivery and enhances collaboration across project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer major subcontract packages and the main contract, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and notices in a timely manner.
• Support or lead claims, disputes and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and provide guidance to project teams.
• Assist with the development of subcontract suites.
• Provide contractual feedback and advice to other project team members.
• Maintain contract registers with zero omissions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to reducing recurring contractual errors and improving overall contract administration quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a law‑related discipline.
• Professional certification such as MRICS, MCIArb or an equivalent.
