Contract Manager – Senior Consultant (Construction)

About the role

TBH is seeking a senior‑level Contract Manager to join its Dubai team, based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role provides commercial, contractual and claims management support for a major complex construction project, working directly within the contractor’s project team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end contract administration, commercial management and claims handling throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support dispute resolution and provide technical input on contractual matters.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with commercial and operational requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and help raise the technical capability of the wider team.
• Prepare and analyse delay analysis, cost forecasts and data reports using CostX, Primavera and Microsoft Project.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in contract management, claims and dispute resolution within the Middle East construction sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to manage complex deliverables.
• Self‑driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience on large‑scale infrastructure or building projects is essential.
