Contract & Subscription Operations Executive - Car Rental / Leasing

About the role

A 12-month contract position (extendable) in Dubai for a Contract & Subscription Operations Executive in the car rental and leasing sector. The role covers contract management, billing and customer coordination, and requires a car rental background. Salary is up to AED 5,000.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer subscription activation, contract preparation, renewals, amendments and closure.
• Keep customer documentation, agreements and insurance records accurate and up to date.
• Handle monthly billing, credit card payments, payment follow-ups, refunds and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, returns and final contract settlements.
• Resolve customer queries and work with internal teams to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain accurate records, track pending activities and prepare operational reports.

Required profile

• Car rental background; mandatory for the role.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract management and agreement activation within car rental, leasing or vehicle subscription.
• Good understanding of vehicle rental/leasing operations and billing processes.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
