Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Contracts Manager to join our project site in Dubai, UAE. You will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts for utility‑scale solar EPC projects, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all post‑award contractual activities for solar EPC projects.
• Interpret EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and JV agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and notice requirements.
• Maintain contract registers, correspondence logs, and related documentation.
• Prepare and manage claims, variation orders, and commercial impacts.
• Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
• Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and opportunities.
• Assist project teams with contractual interpretation and commercial decision‑making.
• Track contractual KPIs, payment milestones, guarantees, and warranties.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of contracts management experience, preferably in solar EPC, renewable energy, or infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Contract Management or Construction Law is a plus.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international EPC contracting models.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
