Contracts Manager

About the role

Core42 is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management within its Supply Chain and Procurement function. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle for supplier and commercial agreements in a fast‑moving AI‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution, amendment, renewal and close‑out.
• Coordinate master service agreements, statements of work, NDAs, framework and licensing agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Track contract status, approvals, milestones and actions to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain contract documentation in line with internal governance requirements.
• Support contract owners and business stakeholders in understanding process requirements and approval routes.
• Develop and enforce contract‑governance standards, templates, workflows and controls.
• Identify gaps and improve visibility and turnaround times for contract activities.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and updates for Supply Chain leadership.
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and business teams during contract review and execution.
• Track redlines, commercial issues, supplier clarifications and signature workflows to closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle in a procurement or supply‑chain context.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Legal, Finance, Technology and Operations stakeholders.
• Hands‑on manager who can bring structure, pace and discipline to a growing contract portfolio.
• Experience in maintaining contract‑governance standards and improving process efficiency.
