Contracts Specialist & Data Analyst (Power BI / Oracle Fusion)

About the role

The Contracts Specialist & Data Analyst will manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle while turning procurement data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and other stakeholders to support sourcing decisions and drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, administer, renew and ensure compliance of supplier contracts and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering procurement, supplier performance, contract utilization, inventory and spend data.
• Create KPI dashboards and executive reports to monitor procurement performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Extract, validate and analyse data from Oracle Fusion ERP to support reporting, data‑quality initiatives and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support contract negotiations, sourcing decisions and procurement transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in contract management, procurement or data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
