Control Room Attendant

About the role

The Control Room Attendant will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations at the new JA Sports & Shooting Club Center. This role is critical for maintaining ammunition control and supporting a secure shooting environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and safeguard ammunition in secure facilities.
• Issue ammunition to authorized personnel based on guest purchase requirements.
• Maintain accurate issuance and return records and conduct daily inventory counts.
• Monitor ammunition stock levels, report discrepancies, and ensure safe handling and transportation.
• Observe shooting lanes and range activities, identify unsafe conditions, and enforce safety procedures.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or equivalent, with vocational or technical certification.
• Certification from an accredited shooting organization, military, or law‑enforcement agency.
• Experience in shooting club or range operations and knowledge of firearm safety procedures.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Disciplined, reliable, and detail‑oriented work approach.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of ammunition types, calibres, and firearms.
