About the role
Egis Group is seeking a specialist to lead the design of control rooms, focusing on human‑factors and interior design. The role combines ergonomic planning with technical specification to create efficient, mission‑critical operation centres.
Key responsibilities
- Develop control‑room layouts, ergonomics, sightlines and operator workflows.
- Specify furniture, video walls, KVM switches, lighting and acoustic solutions.
- Coordinate design details with civil and MEP engineering teams.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or Engineering with control‑room experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing control rooms or mission‑critical operation centres.
Required skills
- Control‑room layout design.
- Ergonomic and sightline planning.
- Specification of furniture, video walls, KVM, lighting and acoustics.
- Civil and MEP coordination.
