About the role
The Controller, Financial & Reporting oversees the organization’s financial operations and reporting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing accurate data for strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial statements in line with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Advise senior management on financial strategy, risk management and budgeting.
- Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable insights to support decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management and reporting.
- Professional certification preferred (CFA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
