Corporate Affairs & Communications Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Affairs & Communications Lead to shape the corporate narrative of a leading organisation in Dubai. The role will protect the company’s reputation, manage stakeholder relationships and guide senior executives on communications strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate affairs and strategic communications strategy.
• Lead corporate, external communications and media relations activities.
• Manage crisis and issues, anticipating reputational risks and preparing response plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry bodies, government entities and other strategic stakeholders.
• Provide communications counsel to senior executives and support executive positioning.
• Lead thought‑leadership initiatives, corporate messaging and spokesperson preparation.
• Ensure consistent messaging across corporate, commercial and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and develop the communications team while managing external agencies and partners.

Required profile

• Significant experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications or strategic communications.
• Strong background in the technology and/or telecommunications sector.
• Proven expertise in media relations, crisis management, reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
• Established relationships with regional media and deep understanding of the UAE and GCC communications landscape.
• Experience advising C‑suite executives on complex, high‑profile matters.
• Commercially astute, confident and able to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
