Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Join a leading UAE financial institution as a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager within the Real Estate Unit. You will maintain and grow complex multi‑product corporate relationships, originating transactions across the bank’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, originating new transactions and cross‑selling bank products.
• Assess credit risk, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate with Credit Relationship Managers, Wholesale Risk Management and Compliance.
• Develop relationship strategies and account plans to meet financial and non‑financial KPIs.
• Ensure timely delivery of banking services by liaising with Treasury, Operations, Retail Banking and Risk Management divisions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of new‑to‑bank business within defined market segments and geographic boundaries.

Required profile

• In‑depth understanding of the real estate market and financing products.
• Proven experience managing real‑estate clients and structuring financing throughout acquisition and development stages.
• Strong credit assessment and risk‑rating capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to the bank’s credit policies and regulatory framework.

Required skills

• Knowledge of real‑estate lending risks and related legal infrastructure, including escrow laws.
