About the role

Disrupt.com is seeking a Corporate Communication & PR Manager to shape the global narrative of the venture builder and its portfolio companies. The role combines strategic storytelling with hands‑on media management, ensuring consistent, bold communication across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global communications strategy that reinforces Disrupt’s reputation as a category‑defining venture builder.
• Build and maintain high‑impact relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets in key markets such as the UAE, US, UK, and KSA.
• Balance proactive storytelling with rapid, well‑judged reactive responses, managing media inboxes and sentiment monitoring.
• Lead issues management and crisis communications planning, creating protocols, statements, and messaging frameworks.
• Ensure narrative consistency across all public communications, from announcements to thought‑leadership pieces.
• Plan and execute high‑visibility PR moments, venture launches, and corporate updates.
• Partner with senior leadership to craft op‑eds, media interviews, and speaking opportunities that reinforce credibility and vision.
• Serve as the primary communications contact for Disrupt’s venture teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications and public relations, preferably within venture‑backed or technology‑focused environments.
• Strong ability to operate with founder‑level ownership in fast‑moving settings.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills with a global mindset.
• Demonstrated capability to manage crisis situations and protect brand reputation.
