Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Corporate Lawyer in Sheikh Zayed, UAE, to provide corporate and commercial legal support. The role reports to the CEO and covers drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, regulatory and compliance work, governance, legal operations and risk advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as vendor and supplier contracts, partnership and service agreements, NDAs and commercial addendums.
• Advise on corporate matters including company structuring, amendments and internal resolutions, and help business teams structure transactions and initiatives in a legally compliant way.
• Ensure compliance with FinTech and regulated financial activity laws; act as legal point of contact with regulators and government authorities; support regulatory filings, licensing and ongoing obligations; monitor regulatory developments.
• Support internal policies, procedures and governance frameworks, and assist with board and committee documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex matters, manage legal documentation and contract lifecycle, and support legal operations.
• Identify legal risks and give practical, business-oriented advice that balances risk management with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Full-time, on-site position working 9 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
