About the role
An elite global law firm is hiring three Corporate M&A and Private Equity Lawyers to join its team in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The work covers high-profile M&A and private equity transactions for some of the largest public and private sector companies and sovereign wealth funds. The firm seeks lawyers with broad transactional experience; exposure to deals in the healthcare and technology sectors is considered beneficial.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on high-profile M&A and private equity transactions.
- Work with major public and private sector companies and sovereign wealth funds.
- Work across a broad range of corporate transactions.
- Gain exposure to significant transactions across the UAE and wider practice.
Required profile
- 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Common law qualification in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or the US.
- Experience gained at a recognised US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm.
- Broad exposure to high-profile M&A and private equity transactions.
- Healthcare and technology sector deal experience is beneficial.
