Corporate Tax Manager - International Tax

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager – International Tax to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE corporate tax, international taxation, cross‑border transactions, tax planning, and compliance, with previous experience at a Tax Manager level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage UAE Corporate Tax matters, including compliance, planning, assessments, and reporting.
• Provide expert guidance on international tax and cross‑border transactions.
• Advise on tax implications of international investments, entities, and business structures.
• Manage tax aspects of related‑party and group transactions.
• Monitor UAE and international tax legislation and assess business impact.
• Support tax planning, structuring, and risk‑management initiatives.
• Review and oversee corporate tax returns, computations, disclosures, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and legal consultants.
• Assist with tax audits, enquiries, assessments, and disputes.
• Provide guidance on Double Taxation Agreements and transfer‑pricing arrangements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional tax experience, with substantial UAE‑based exposure.
• Previous experience working as a Tax Manager (mandatory).
• Professional tax/accounting qualification such as CTA, ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA, or equivalent (highly preferred).
• Current residence in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with tax/accounting systems.
