Corporate Trainer – Banking (UAE nationals only)

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s People team as a Trainer dedicated to developing the skills of UAE nationals. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that support the bank’s strategic growth and high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions that meet business unit expectations.
• Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, handouts, and job aids.
• Review and update existing content to reflect regulatory and process changes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report KPIs including attendance, completion rates, and learner feedback.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, project managers, and team members to align programmes with project goals.
• Develop customized individual and group training programmes to address specific business needs.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of training principles and best practices.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Proven experience creating training materials.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
