Cost Clerk – Aftersales Service

About the role
The Cost Clerk supports the Aftersales department by maintaining accurate cost records for service operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to financial reporting and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Record all service orders, parts, and labor costs in the system with minimal errors.
- Process and update cost data promptly for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure cost data accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, parts usage, and service orders.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or cost control, preferably in automotive or service environments.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
