Cost Controller

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Cost Controller to join the finance team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The role will support cost management across all departments, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor expenses and identify improvement areas.
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed cost reports and advise management on decision‑making.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Monitor budget variances, recommend corrective actions and collaborate with department heads on budget preparation.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and support cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cost control or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial management and inventory software such as Opera.
