CPOV & Fleet Manager

About the role

The CPOV & Fleet Manager oversees Pre‑Owned and Fleet operations across the UAE for Al‑Futtaim Automotive, driving sales initiatives, managing a team of nine, and ensuring financial performance through effective pricing, stock management and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out CPOV commercial programs and presentation standards across all brands.
• Set sales targets, drive KPI achievement, and manage performance with dealer principals.
• Oversee stock management, including reconditioning costs, mix, trade‑in penetration and ageing stock, and provide monthly performance reports.
• Conduct site visits to coach sales executives, develop action plans and ensure training completion.
• Coordinate buy‑back returns, negotiate residual values and manage inspections.
• Secure and manage fleet tenders and contracts with UAE government organisations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of used‑car sales and buying processes, including F&I systems.
• Substantial experience managing pre‑owned multi‑site operations in a franchised automotive environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals while interpreting P&L for used cars.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
