Creative Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Creative Associate Project Manager supports the delivery of creative projects for Mastercard's Advisors Creative Desk, coordinating timelines, resources and communications to ensure projects meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines and documentation from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy and production teams, schedule meetings, prepare status updates and follow up on actions.
• Monitor schedules, resource allocation and deliverable deadlines, supporting budget tracking and forecasting.
• Escalate risks, delays or dependencies to Project Managers and ensure compliance with ACD processes and governance standards.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, marketing or creative services.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
