Creative Senior Designer – Brand & Design

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Senior Designer to lead brand‑led design initiatives across print, digital, retail, and motion. The role demands strong conceptual thinking, refined craft, and an exceptional aesthetic sensibility to shape compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute identity systems and premium visual designs for multiple channels.
• Lead projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution and typography.
• Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual storytelling across print, digital, retail, and motion media.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in branding, design studios, or in‑house creative teams.
• Proven ability to lead and shape creative work from concept to final delivery.
• Strong hands‑on design and art‑direction skills with a high level of craft.
• Experience mentoring designers and working collaboratively across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
