Creative Social Media Specialist

About the role

Unique Properties is expanding its marketing team and seeks a Creative Social Media Specialist to design and manage visual content across its digital channels. The role blends graphic design expertise with social media strategy, supporting branding and property marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic designs and artworks for digital marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and business initiatives.
• Manage company social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Design and schedule organic and paid social media creatives following the content calendar.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other visual assets using AI tools, design software, or hand‑drawn techniques.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with copywriters and creative directors to generate final design concepts.
• Test graphics across various media, incorporate feedback, and ensure all outputs are on‑brand.
• Maintain and edit high‑quality property photos, remove watermarks, and optimise images for SEO.
• Produce marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and POS materials.
• Design corporate communication assets, including hiring posts, agent campaign creatives, and internal training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Fluent English with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Digital portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
