Creator Education Partnership Operations Intern (TikTok LIVE)

About the role

The LIVE Service Provider Team is expanding its creator visual upgrade programmes across MENA. This internship offers hands‑on experience managing service‑provider workflows, quality control, and creator education for TikTok LIVE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end service‑provider operations including creator scheduling, equipment delivery, on‑site installation and post‑setup follow‑up.
• Conduct visual quality audits before and after upgrades, enforce lighting, composition and background standards.
• Track performance metrics such as upgrade volume, completion rate and visual improvement score, and produce weekly dashboards.
• Develop and update technical guidance for lighting, camera and background setups, and create simple tutorial materials for creators.
• Collaborate with LIVE Operations, Creator Education, Data teams and local service providers to align quality standards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Full‑time availability starting January 2027 in Dubai.
• Strong interest in live streaming, creator economy and visual production.
• Fluent in English and Arabic or Turkish for stakeholder communication.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and capable of basic Excel/data analysis.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Fundamental knowledge of lighting, camera and live‑streaming setup.
• Ability to create short tutorial content.
