Credit & Collections and Customer Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Credit & Collections and Customer Relations Executive to join Burjline Builders in Dubai. The role involves managing customer accounts, pursuing overdue payments, and delivering professional service to maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and overdue payments, conduct collection calls and communicate payment terms.
• Maintain accurate customer statements, monitor payment status and proactively achieve collection targets.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, resolve concerns related to accounts, payments, orders and services.
• Prepare and maintain customer records, statements and reports, ensure accurate data entry into company systems.
• Support the sales team with account information, identify opportunities for additional business and assist with promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Administration to resolve account‑related issues and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Motivated and results‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in collections, account administration and customer relationship management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in sales support is an advantage.
