CRM Data Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

Cognita, a global family of 86 schools across 21 countries, is moving its schools onto HubSpot and needs a CRM Data Manager to ensure the data behind them is clean, well governed and trusted. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract in which you own the quality, completeness and integrity of the CRM data, from migration to ongoing governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data cleansing and remediation for each school or cluster before HubSpot migration, and continue owning remediation once schools are live
• Define and document data mapping between the legacy system (Dynamics) and HubSpot, giving migration teams clear requirements
• Support migration execution via CSV/Excel import or script-based loads, validating data and resolving discrepancies
• Own ongoing governance of data quality and completeness across live schools, setting standards others follow
• Establish processes for accurate data capture at key points in the Sales and Parent Experience journey
• Work with the CRM Insights and Analysis Manager to define KPIs measuring data quality and completeness
• Raise HubSpot configuration or UI improvements with the Business Analyst for inclusion in the CRM roadmap
• Report data quality to school-level stakeholders such as Parent Experience Managers and Principals, and maintain a repeatable data standard and playbook

Required profile

• Experience leading data migration, cleansing or data quality initiatives, ideally within a CRM or customer data platform
• Experience establishing data quality standards, processes or governance in an operational context
• Experience working across central and site-based stakeholders in a multi-site or multi-market organisation
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience

Required skills

• Hands-on confidence with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM, including import/export tools and basic data transformation
• Structured approach to cleansing, mapping and validation at scale
• Ability to turn data issues into practical guidance for non-technical colleagues
