CRM Executive, UAE

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a CRM Executive for the UAE to join its Central CRM team, which has 30+ specialists focused on executing campaigns for the UAE and supporting global initiatives. The team aims to grow the subscriber base and improve engagement, with a main focus on retaining customers. You will plan, build and run CRM campaigns and deliver personalised customer communications, working with Marketing, Data Analytics, Creative, Product and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of bespoke campaigns in the UAE across email, push and WhatsApp channels
• Create and send engaging emails, push notifications and WhatsApp messages
• Build and run evergreen automations and triggers
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage workloads and deadlines
• Report on campaigns and propose or manage changes
• Work with data targeting, segmentation and analysis
• Manage several projects at once and prioritise effectively

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or strong relevant experience
• 2-4 years of email application experience
• Experience building automated CRM programmes
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly computer literate
