CRM & Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive CRM and Marketing Executive who is fluent in Arabic to support our real‑estate sales team in Dubai. The role combines CRM administration, social‑media management and digital‑marketing activities to generate and nurture leads for property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company CRM system, ensuring accurate lead and customer data.
• Organise, track and follow up on incoming leads, coordinating closely with the sales team.
• Manage all company social‑media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Assist in planning and executing digital‑marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare property marketing materials and promotional content.
• Monitor performance of social‑media posts and marketing campaigns, providing regular reports.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing or social‑media management.
• Hands‑on experience managing CRM systems and lead pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating visual content.
• Excellent organisational, communication and follow‑up skills.
• Based in Dubai and able to work on‑site.
