Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities. You will learn first‑hand about a hotel's operations and get immersed in Marriott's culture and business, discovering your true calling in the travel industry. The internship allows you to experience the industry from the ground up, as our founders and many leaders began, and provides hands‑on experience in the exciting world of hotel management. Our internships are typically available in many different areas of the hotel, giving you a broad view of operations. By participating, you will be better prepared to pursue opportunities post‑graduation and kick‑start your dream career. To be considered for this role, you must be a current college or university student.
