About the role
Emirates NBD, a leading financial services brand in the UAE, is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join its Dubai branch. The role is open exclusively to UAE nationals and focuses on delivering high‑quality service to banking customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, transactions and problem resolution.
- Educate customers on banking products and services, identifying sales opportunities.
- Cross‑sell products such as loans, credit cards and investment accounts.
- Handle complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment within the branch.
- Collaborate with team members to meet branch targets.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced banking environment.
