Customer Care & Operations Executive

About the role

Swedish ME Steel is seeking a motivated Customer Care & Operations Executive to join its Sharjah team. This hands‑on position blends customer service, sales support, order management and logistics coordination, acting as a vital link between customers, sales, suppliers and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, confirmations and follow‑ups, ensuring smooth order processing from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transport companies, freight forwarders and suppliers to arrange local and international shipments, managing import/export documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, pricing and shipment data in company systems and support invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Support the sales team with commercial information, prepare delivery notes, invoices, packing lists and other commercial documents.
• Monitor stock availability, assist with purchasing when needed, and provide operational reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, order management or logistics, preferably in welding electrodes, steel or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confident communication with customers and partners.
