About the role
The Customer Care Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints and service requests. This role supports MAF LifeStyle’s aim of growing sales and profitability by delivering high‑quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate personnel, operational, and product issues to the appropriate Contact Center supervisor or manager.
- Provide pertinent information to all Contact Center associates.
- Utilize all resolution options to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in regular team and leadership meetings.
- Promote teamwork while maintaining a safe, respectful, and efficient work environment.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- Retail or sales background.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
