About the role
Provide courteous welcome and efficient phone support to enhance customer comfort and satisfaction until they are attended to by the relevant personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in telemarketing activities during campaigns.
- Handle customers in person or over the phone, offering information, service booking and guidance.
- Welcome service customers, arrange seating and ensure comfort until attended by a Service Advisor.
- Direct customers to the appropriate advisor and follow up on their visits to ATMs.
- Support reception in managing courtesy vehicles and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area.
Required profile
- High school certificate.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Well‑groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Customer service skills or certification (advantageous).
- Exposure to a multicultural environment.
