Customer Engineer

About the role

The Customer Engineer will install, maintain and repair financial and ATM equipment for NCR Atleos clients in Dubai. This role ensures continuity of customer operations and high satisfaction levels while complying with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, minor repairs, component replacements and preventive maintenance on PCs, POS systems, ATMs, kiosks and related peripherals.
• Respond to customer incidents, resolve issues or escalate to appropriate teams, and document all activities and expenses.
• Assist in site preparation, cable installation, equipment staging and testing, and manage parts inventory.
• Collaborate with call‑center staff, security escorts and follow security procedures when working in financial institutions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0‑1 years of related experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and on‑call support.
• Strong problem‑solving, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• UAE national (Emirati) as per Emiratization requirements.
