Customer Relationship Officer – Priority Banking

About the role

As a Customer Relationship Officer at Emirates NBD you will provide premium service to Priority Banking clients, helping them meet their banking needs while driving profitability and loyalty. You will own the end‑to‑end customer experience at the branch, ensuring expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Priority Banking customers and manage their banking requests.
• Validate and track TT, FD, and account maintenance requests using BPM systems.
• Ensure completeness of documentation for account opening and credit‑card applications.
• Liaise with compliance and other departments to follow up on documents and issues.
• Handle CRM cases assigned to Priority Banking centres and monitor sales targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance.
• 1‑2 years of experience in processing, back‑office or customer‑service functions within a bank.
• Familiarity with banking systems such as Finacle and Fin One.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
